The Whisk Team   Doris Oberholzer Doris Oberholzer is a professional Home Economist and an international culinary specialist with extended food and food product knowledge. She holds a certificate of Project Management Professional from the American Project Management Institute. Doris has worked in leading food companies as a food specialist and consumer relations advisor, as well as leading global programmes and Customer Relationship Management. Both her grandfather and father were chocolate and biscuit manufacturers and she grew up watching meringues browning in huge ovens.
